Noga Shoes ships within Italy in 24/48 business hours, within Europe in three business days, and to the rest of the world within five business days.
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or during a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our shipping partners in Italy are SDA, BARTOLINI, and DHL. Delivery time is 2 business days. During sales periods and/or special events, shipments may be subject to delays.
Our international shipping partners are DHL and FedEx, with delivery times of 2-6 business days, and FedEx (Asia and United Arab Emirates) with delivery times of 4-6 business days. This is only an indicative estimate; delivery to smaller cities may take a few extra days. For all shipments outside the European Union, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that all customs duties, clearance taxes, brokerage fees, or any other additional costs are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery of the order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also be required to provide further information to clear the order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
