Noga Shoes ships to Italy within 24/48 working hours, to Europe within three working days and to the rest of the world within five working days.

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00. If your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed on the first following working day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our shipping partners in Italy are SDA , BARTOLINI and DHL. Delivery time is 2 working days. During sales periods and/and special events, shipments may be delayed.

Our international shipping partners are DHL and Fedex , with delivery times of 2/6 working days and FedEx (Asia and United Arab Emirates) with delivery times of 4/6 working days. This is only an indicative estimate, delivery to smaller cities takes a few more days. For all shipments outside the European Union we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) payment basis. This means that all customs duties, clearing fees, brokerage fees or any other additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to cancel your order.
