All purchases made on nogashoes.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in the art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The request will be taken care of by our operators. You will receive instructions for returning the item via email.*The return is the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made to the same payment method used, from the moment the goods return to our logistics center.

- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged neatly and with the returns tag still attached.
- Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories (dustbags, and clothing covers, etc.) received in the package.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Noga Shoes reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense. * We will check the quality of the product and issue refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.

Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer. Remember that the responsibility for the return lies with the customer until the package reaches our office, which is why we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping system. Please note: we remind you that extra-European shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees.
